Job Description: Welcome Committee Chair

• Coordinate Welcome folders for back to school and new families throughout school year
  
• Put together a morning coffee, Meet and Greet for all new parents to Steiner Ranch
  
• Coordinate with representative from each grade for school activities  
  
• Handles correspondence from PTA to new families at school or community
• Responsible for ordering flowers, baby gifts, sending condolences, etc. as determined by Board of Directors
  
• Computer and writing skills helpful
• Mostly at-home work
• Reports to the 1st VP
