Program Info

Room Reps are an important part of the volunteer staff at SRE. You are the liaison between the teachers and parents for class parties, Teacher Appreciation week, teachers' birthdays, Silent Auction, and any other events that need classroom participation.  Every class needs to have at least one room rep; however, it is easier if you have a couple of people doing the job.

 Job Description - Room Rep Coordinator

  • Organize materials for room reps for back-to-school packet for teachers.
  • Conduct beginning-of-the-year meeting for all room reps.
  • Help Coordinate Class Basket themes with SASF Auction Chair.
  • Help with attendance at Teacher Appreciation luncheons
  • Some school and at-home work.
