Program Info

We love our teachers!  We show our appreciation through Coffee Cart, the "Souper" Teacher Luncheon, and Teacher Appreciation Week (TAW).  TAW is the week we say, "Thank You," to the teachers for teaching and taking care of our kids all year.  This week is usually the first full week in May. This year there will be a luncheon for the teachers, also we will do a morning coffee, a day of snacks, and other fun things for the teachers. Also during this week the class usually gives the teacher some kind of gift. That is up to each individual class.

Job Description: Teacher Appreciation Week Chair

• Responsible for spring (usually May) event.
• Conduct meeting with room reps to determine game plan for recognizing our teachers.
• Requires a lot of time at school during the week of teacher appreciation.
• Planning work at home.
• Works with school, treasurer, president and room rep coordinator.
